Best Honda dealership in the bay. I've had a lot of negative experience with dealerships in bay area whether it's sales or service, was even hesitant about going to Honda of El Cerrito I've had a lot of negative experience with dealerships in bay area whether it's sales or service, was even hesitant about going to Honda of El Cerrito, only reason I went is because they had a car on their web page that I've been looking for quite some time. When we got there we met Janne who was nothing like other salesperson I've encountered before, she was the friendliest most down to earth person who understood our needs and limits and was willing to work with us instead of just pushing a sale. Even though the car we wanted was in North Carolina, she was willing to show us few other models and go on few test drives even though it was pouring rain. And after some digging around she actually found a car we've been looking for, it was not even listed yet. Janne went out of her way to get the car out of the shop (which was already closed at this time of day) where it was being detailed and prepped for the lot, Janne got us a good deal and the car we wanted, ended up buying it. Best dealership experience ever. Janne rocks!!!! More

Love my new car I couldn't be happier. I stopped by Honda of El Cerrito and met sales lady "Janne". We walked around the lot and after test driving 2 cars we found th I couldn't be happier.
