Great service rep but disappointed in mechanical work After service my 2011 Mitsubishi Sport made a very loud vibration noise between 3500-4000 RPM. After checking further and listening I located noise After service my 2011 Mitsubishi Sport made a very loud vibration noise between 3500-4000 RPM. After checking further and listening I located noise. Air box for air filter had not been installed properly and bot the filter and the box itself were loose. This not only created the noise and vibration but was letting unfiltered air in to the engine! Glad I caught it early. I have a mechanical background with both military aircraft and street rods and imagine that most folks would not have been able to locate and fix the problem. They would have required a return trip to dealer for service and another day without their vehicle. More
