Terrible No explanation ( documentation) when verbal recommendation for front brakes was given ( measurement of breaks etc). They were ready to take my daughters money without the service even needing “ immediate “ attention at this time Owner or manager of Mitsubishi of el cajon unprofessional. Instead of attempting to fix issue i was addressing he calls me “sensitive” . He also drives our car by hauling xxx out of the dealership to attempt to prove nothing was wrong with car ( reason it was brought in the first place) Unknown managers name cause when i asked service representative for his business card, i was told they didn’t have one and i had to ask him myself ( so go back in dealer and attempt to find him) The car was going to be released without original issue of why it was even brought in was being addressed until I discussed with service rep, technician and sealer manager ( no service manager available???) I will never go back to this dealership again!!! More
Service for 1 year check There was an issue in the 2 year free service contract that was given to us when we bought our car. That it was not recorded on their end, not entered There was an issue in the 2 year free service contract that was given to us when we bought our car. That it was not recorded on their end, not entered in their computer system. But Scott and Michael helped us with the issue and the owner of the dealership Frank was also helpful. So the issue was resolved. Thanks to the staff especially Mike and Scott! More

Terrible customer service Dropped my car off at 11:30 am for an oil change and wash. Was told it would take about an hour to and hour and 15 min. 1/1:30pm rolls around and I’ve Dropped my car off at 11:30 am for an oil change and wash. Was told it would take about an hour to and hour and 15 min. 1/1:30pm rolls around and I’ve heard nothing. I try calling the service center and no one answers the phone. The receptionist just wants to keep transferring me even though I tell her no one is there. I finally get firm with her and tell her she needs to figure out what is going on with my car. She puts me on hold, a guy gets in the phone I tell him what I’m trying to find out he put me in hold the girl gets back in the phone and tells me everyone is at lunch and someone will call me back later. I told her no! You need to find out if my car is done now! I get out on hold again and guy gets in the phone again and finally say oh yeah your car is done, it’s been done. I asked why no one called to tell me and why is was so difficult for anyone to tell me during this call? He of course doesn’t know and says some lady was suppose to call me. It took me a good hour to and several calls to get the answer I needed. Finally picked my car up at 3pm(my whole day was blown). I tell the cashier how disappointed I am and that was terrible customer service and she just say oh ok sorry. No one cared at all, I know it was my free welcome service but come on make me want to come back. From now on I will be take my car elsewhere to be serviced. And I will definitely not be purchasing an more vehicles from this dealership. I’ve had nothing but issues from the very beginning and regret going through with the purchase. More
