sorry you feel that way, Not only we fixed your squeaking break issue without charging you a dime, absolutely nothing, zero$$ ( since you had your rear breaks done 9 months ago and we had to clean your vehicles dusty rotor's which was built up obviously since we replaced it 9 months ago) but we all attempted to address your concerns and remain calm and professional despite of your adverse behavior! Yes my service advisor recommended to replace your front break since it was 5 mm and as I explained to you it's our policy to recommend to replace the breaks when it hits 5mm and we can't deviate from it, whether you replace them or decide to drive a little longer before you replace them it's our responsibility to inform you and bring it to your attention and it's a very serious safety concern and majority of people not only appreciate it but expect it.
