Ethically challenged Brought in 2012 iMeiv, per warranty the car was not performing to expectations. Their own internal testing supported the failure to perform as promise Brought in 2012 iMeiv, per warranty the car was not performing to expectations. Their own internal testing supported the failure to perform as promised, yet took position all was 'acceptable '. A long standing position for a company already challenged with being truthful about their vehicles mileage ratings. Will now be involved in litigation due to this failure to honor vehicle warranty and act in an ethical manner. More

This just happened to be a disaster. The shop computer was not operating. So, the diagnosis of my problem went on for over two hours. Great service!!!!! We were having problems with the like Tronics in our vehicle. The battery would appear to be low and not powerful enough to crank the engine over if We were having problems with the like Tronics in our vehicle. The battery would appear to be low and not powerful enough to crank the engine over if we let the car sit for more than 15 minutes there’s somebody in the driver seat or with the radio on. We had to get jumpstarted several times. Since our visit to the service department we have had no more jump starts And we can sit in the car with the radio on and not have a sudden and great power shortage. We are thrilled with the service we received. More

ALSO DIAGNOSED TIRE (LOW PRESSURE DUE TO SMALL NAIL IMBEDDED IN TREAD) AND REPAIRED QUICKLY. MIKO(?)
