El Cajon Mitsubishi has great service and sales. I found the people honest and true to their word. Prices very good, reliable, professional staff but also down-to-earth at the same time. I bought an Evo from them and just has the first oil change done - and one on my other Evo. I plan to have both Evos serviced there into the far future!! More

I brought Evo X in FL, i moved to Cali about 6 months ago and literary my car died all in a week, my clutch flywheel brake master cylinder clutch master cylinder X_x. I had no idea what to do then i a frien and literary my car died all in a week, my clutch flywheel brake master cylinder clutch master cylinder X_x. I had no idea what to do then i a friend of mine introduced me to ECM, they are pretty friendly and took car of me they understood my pockets where a little tight and helped me to get my Evo back up and in the mean time gave me a rental car until my repairs were complete. I don't know of anyone dealer that cares enough to even consider to do something like that but anyway, i would recommenced them to anyone not just mitsu owners but anyone that needed good quality service something that is hard to find in today's world =:D More

I have owned two Mitsubishi vehicles in my lifetime. My first Mitsubishi Mirage lasted over 10 years and would have kept on going if it wasn’t for an accident that totaled the vehicle out. I then got my M first Mitsubishi Mirage lasted over 10 years and would have kept on going if it wasn’t for an accident that totaled the vehicle out. I then got my Mitsubishi Lancer, and boy, do I love my car, even named her “Jade”. But, I can see that there is a special group of folks down at El Cajon Mitsubishi that love my car even more than I do! There is SO much to be said about the Managers, Service Techs, and all the other people it takes to make up the great team at El Cajon Mitsubishi. First experience, my electronic key decided not to work, so I was stuck in the middle of a parking lot, nowhere to go. I called “another” Mitsubishi location, which advised they would be able to squeeze me in next week! I then called El Cajon Mitsubishi, who came to pick up my vehicle as well as myself, gave me the rundown fast and quick, and sent me off in a loaner vehicle advising me all would be taken care of and they came through with their word! Second item, my Lancer gets hit while it’s parked! El Cajon Mitsubishi fixed the bumper under warranty and replaced the whole bumper! Third issue and MOST important issue and the absolute proof of GREAT customer service; my vehicle would not shift out of the “P” gear, again, El Cajon Mitsubishi to the rescue! The came to get my vehicle from work so that I would not be inconvenienced and set me up with a Hertz luxury rental until my vehicle was assessed and fixed. Now, the part that was broken WAS covered under my 60k Warranty but I just hit 65k on the odometer. Out of “good faith” Mitsubishi replaced the part for free! There are not too many places I trust when it comes to service but I give El Cajon Mitsubishi, 5 stars, two thumbs up, and a 10+ on the rating scale. I want to give a big THANK YOU to all my new friends over at El Cajon Mitsubishi; you are ALL superstars in my book, from Chris the Manager, to Rosa and Travis in Service, and to Jose & Pablo out on the Lot! I look forward to seeing you guys again for my next service need(s). More
I am writing you to let you know about the excellent service I recieved from the gentlemen in your service department. Both Chris and James have a high level of customer service and technical skills tha service I recieved from the gentlemen in your service department. Both Chris and James have a high level of customer service and technical skills thah make them far above average. I recently bought a 2005 Mitsubhishi Outlander and needed to get a variety of small issues taken care of right after I purchased the car. After I first called your Service Department, I was impressed by how polite and friendly both Chris and James were over the phone. Then, when I needed to come in that same afternoon, Chris made sure to fit me in. Later, after I arrived, while Chris was taking care of my repair issue, James looked up my VIN in your system and found a recall issue with a cooling fan that needed to be taken care of. If he hadn't done this, I would have never known it existed. This is the type of service that a customer really appreciates. Both these guys are friendly and personable as well as on top of taking care of business. I went to your dealership three times in one week and every time they went out of their way to be sure that all of my issues were taken care of. We made sure to crack a few jokes along the way to make the fact that I was paying out extra money right after purchasing a car, a little less painful. So, when it comes time for Chris and James review, bonus or increase, please know that you have two great employees, who are an asset to the community who frequents your busines. I also hd a great service form David in parts and Joe, the mechaninc. Finally, although it's not business realted, both of them and their boss Brad are pretty hot. Please keep up the great work.
