I was attempting to buy a used car. I contacted them via e-mail. Informed them that I lived far away from the dealership and would like to negotiate before coming in. She never came back on the phone. Instead a man picked up. Never told me his name. Informed me that price was very good. When I informed him that similar cars were priced less, he asked why I was calling them then. He then informed me that the dealership would not talk price over the phone or e-mail. Not sure who he was, but he was very rude. I also feel as though they wasted my time. If they did not feel like negotiating over e-mail or telephone, they could have simply informed me that was not their policy. More

I brought Evo X in FL, i moved to Cali about 6 months ago and literary my car died all in a week, my clutch flywheel brake master cylinder clutch master cylinder X_x. I had no idea what to do then i a frien and literary my car died all in a week, my clutch flywheel brake master cylinder clutch master cylinder X_x. I had no idea what to do then i a friend of mine introduced me to ECM, they are pretty friendly and took car of me they understood my pockets where a little tight and helped me to get my Evo back up and in the mean time gave me a rental car until my repairs were complete. I don't know of anyone dealer that cares enough to even consider to do something like that but anyway, i would recommenced them to anyone not just mitsu owners but anyone that needed good quality service something that is hard to find in today's world =:D More
