Shocked Michael Rush was pretty relaxed but could benefit from more training when explaining what car details are included in the actual sale of the vehicle ( Michael Rush was pretty relaxed but could benefit from more training when explaining what car details are included in the actual sale of the vehicle (e.g. 10 year bumper to bumber warranty), He used this as a selling point, when in actuality there was some confusion with these details, which resulted in needing extra clarification. This took considerable time to resolve. Best general sales manager I have ever dealt with in all the years I have purchased motor vehicles in the San Diego area was Mike Ganatta!. This man made buying this car the most comfortable experience. He has a natural ability to relate to people because he obviously operates from his heart. I have never walked away from a car dealership wanting to buy a second car just to stay a little longer. That's just how this man Mike makes you feel...He has a true gift! The dealership first told me that the fix wouldn’t be covered then agreed to cover it because it should have been found befor the car was put on the lot. Then the part was delayed by 3 days so I had to go to the dealership 4 times after originally buying the car and it is still there and not solved. More
