Oil change I’m just not happy with the performance of the outlander. I got talked into the the four cylinder. Over time I tried to talked to the owner or GM , I I’m just not happy with the performance of the outlander. I got talked into the the four cylinder. Over time I tried to talked to the owner or GM , I think Frank. He never got back to me about an upgrade. Probably because the loss for you guys outweighed the my attitude toward you guys. That’s to bad. I worked in retail for over 15 years and customer satisfaction was number one hands down, even if it meant a loss. Now I’ve been teaching for twenty three years. My sales attitude comes in handy when dealing with parents or students. More
