Purchase-used 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 I saw 2 trucks I was interested in looking at on Mitsubishi of El Cajon's website. Once on the lot the white Ram truck stood out. It was clean and had I saw 2 trucks I was interested in looking at on Mitsubishi of El Cajon's website. Once on the lot the white Ram truck stood out. It was clean and had brand new wheels and tires giving the truck a rugged look. The sales person Chad meet me in the lot and soon went to grab the truck's key so I could go for a test drive. Enjoyed everything about the truck. Mike, Chad's manager, met us on the lot after we returned from the test drive. He convinced me to look at some #s on the truck and talk about payments and the other stuff that requires dialogue before purchase. I knew I wanted to purchase the truck, Mike and I reached an agreement on price and the paperwork was underway. Chad followed me to return a rental car and then brought me back to finalize the deal. Easy, quick sale making all parties involved happy. Only thing I would complain about was the fact that they didn't fill up the trucks gas tank after purchase (poor form in my opinion). Everything else was spot on. More
