What went right.. Wally was polite and prompt. 2) he was low key and not very high pressure. (He didn't need to) 3) once my wife said yes to the car, Scott, even though the car was already below book, threw me a bone on the price.Not Much but more of a deal courtesy. 4) no BS... There was what seemed a very open policy on the information being provided... Re cost banks interest rates etc. Bottom line, Wally and Scott were perfect professionals. The deal went smoothly and my wife drove off happy. Advice to buyers. This dealer is a hidden gem.. They need your business and work hard for it... Given them a try! See Wally for sure. More
