3 Hour Fix Took 6 Hours Went in for two recall items: wiper link and rear parking break. When I made the appointment, I was told it would take 3 hours, 4 at the most. I scheduled my appointment and worked the timing out with my job. After working at a nearby a Starbucks for 3 hours, I came back to the dealership to wait out the remainder of my time which I was told would be an hour at most. The 4-hour mark came and went and I wasn’t given an update. I asked the front desk girl, who was visibly watching YouTube at her desk, if she had any updates - she knew nothing. At the 5-hour mark, a female from the service dept came to tell me my car was going to be done “soon.” I asked What the holdup was and she didn’t danced around the subject. By the time the 6-hour mark hit. I decided to walk out to the garage area to investigate for myself and guess what? There’s my car, finished. It had been sitting there for who knows how long and nobody even bothered to tell me. I went to go claim my keys from the service dept and the same female who didn’t have an update for me earlier didn’t apologize but instead, said she was at lunch. I asked why nobody else could’ve came and got me. She had no answer. More
Review Took my car for an airbag recall. Was replaced but had my AC vent broken out of its place had to get it "fixed" still isn't. And now my car alarm was Took my car for an airbag recall. Was replaced but had my AC vent broken out of its place had to get it "fixed" still isn't. And now my car alarm was deactivated when it worked fine before going. I have to go back waste my time for something that was not to be messed with and be told the tech didn't touch the alarm when of course they'll say no to cover them self. So no I would not go back to visit. More

That’s awesome!! Of course you know there always the wait of doing paperwork with a vehicle purchase, however, Micheal Rush was our dealer, not pushy and easy to talk with as a person and not a dealer. He quickly got us water to drink, snacks for my hungry kiddos, and let our baby girl crawl around the showroom floor. This sort small details, is what makes dealers like Micheal easy to work with and someone to work with again in the future. Also someone to highly recommend him and his team at this dealership. I had to call various times for an update for my diagnosis results. Staff is friendly and quiet. Loaner vehicle was provided and greatly appreciated.
