I have used El Cajon for service and purchasing new vehicles for a lot of years. My service writer in Quick Lane has taken care of us twice now as she is new and she has been fabulous especially when vehicles for a lot of years. In the years that I have been a customer it has not always been great but on the rare occasion there has been a problem it was remedied very quickly and on a couple of occasions I feel that you have gone above and beyond and for that I am grateful. 2018 F-150 :Problem with charging and fuses. Important work truck so rented a vehicle. Service advisor Bobby never called me and his mail box was full. After one week picked up truck. The service department is not at all concerned with customer service. My F150 was there for 6 days to get a fuel pump. When I finally got the truck back, there was 89 additional miles on the odometer customer service. My F150 was there for 6 days to get a fuel pump. When I finally got the truck back, there was 89 additional miles on the odometer but only 10 miles claimed for a test drive. After numerous calls to the service manager (DGutierrez), he finally returned my email by sending me a copy of his paycheck! I emailed him back asking why, but again, no response. Later he called and left a message on my recorder since I wasn’t home. I called him back with no response from him again after a few days. At this point, no dialogue, no explanation, no anything. The most unacceptable customer service ever experienced and never again to be used by me or anyone I have told about this encounter. More
