I have used El Cajon for service and purchasing new vehicles for a lot of years. My service writer in Quick Lane has taken care of us twice now as she is new and she has been fabulous especially when vehicles for a lot of years. My service writer in Quick Lane has taken care of us twice now as she is new and she has been fabulous especially when waiting on a grumpy old man. In the years that I have been a customer it has not always been great but on the rare occasion there has been a problem it was remedied very quickly and on a couple of occasions I feel that you have gone above and beyond and for that I am grateful. 2018 F-150 :Problem with charging and fuses. Important work truck so rented a vehicle. Service advisor Bobby never called me and his mail box was full. After one week picked up truck. The service department is not at all concerned with customer service. My F150 was there for 6 days to get a fuel pump. When I finally got the truck back, there was 89 additional miles on the odometer customer service. My F150 was there for 6 days to get a fuel pump. When I finally got the truck back, there was 89 additional miles on the odometer but only 10 miles claimed for a test drive. After numerous calls to the service manager (DGutierrez), he finally returned my email by sending me a copy of his paycheck! I emailed him back asking why, but again, no response. Later he called and left a message on my recorder since I wasn’t home. I called him back with no response from him again after a few days. At this point, no dialogue, no explanation, no anything. The most unacceptable customer service ever experienced and never again to be used by me or anyone I have told about this encounter. More
Recently just talked with the sales internet department (James) on a 2021 Mach1 that has been sitting on their floor for over 130 days. I called to inquire about negotiations on their almost 15k mark up (insane right) not but 30 seconds into the conversation James cut me off rudely. Needless to say the whole conversation lasted a quickly 1 1/2 minutes and he said the price is the price none negotiable. I even tried to tell him that there was a similar car at Greenwood Ford,however, he wasn't hearing it and told me to have a nice day and hung up. What the xxxx is going on with dealerships like this.... I can understand making a profit ... But xxxx 15k over sticker for a 2021 is down right stupid. More
Took my 2017 Ford Escape in for a routine oil change this morning, 2 hours later I was about to leave but noticed the air conditioning wasnt blowing cold air. Long story short, an employee, John Karanopoulos morning, 2 hours later I was about to leave but noticed the air conditioning wasnt blowing cold air. Long story short, an employee, John Karanopoulos from Service department came out and squeezed me in for my car to be checked even though he didn't have to considering they were short staffed and had other cars to tend to. It took several hours, but he got a diagnosis for me and even had the problem fixed same day. He kept me updated as promised. I really appreciate his customer service, i would definitely do business with the service department again because of him. Thanks to all service department staff for their awesome customer service!
