If I could leave a zero I would. I recently had a very disappointing experience with Einspahr Auto Plaza in Brookings, SD. I purchased what I believed to be a brand new vehicle, only I recently had a very disappointing experience with Einspahr Auto Plaza in Brookings, SD. I purchased what I believed to be a brand new vehicle, only to discover later that there was a plug put in one of the tires. This is something that should have been disclosed upfront, as it significantly affects the integrity and safety of the vehicle. When I contacted the dealership to address this issue, I was met with a complete lack of professionalism. The staff I spoke with were dismissive and unhelpful, showing no concern for the fact that I had been sold a compromised vehicle. Their customer service was the worst I have ever encountered, and they made no effort to rectify the situation or offer any form of compensation. This experience has left me extremely frustrated and dissatisfied. Buying a new car is a significant investment, and I expected a much higher level of transparency and service. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Einspahr Auto Plaza to think twice. Their lack of honesty and poor customer service are simply unacceptable. More
