Disappointed When I got my 2013 car, I was so impressed with Eide Hyundai - the salespeople, finance, management. I am NOT sure what has changed, but my salesperson that I worked with before is no longer there. I believe it is new management. When I walked in the door, 2 gentlemen were talking & I had gotten an email re: trading my lease in early. So they "handed" me off to another gentleman....he could not find my name on the "early lease" list. So he said he would look and get back to me.....we kept in correspondence via cell phone for several weeks & then I "gave up"....he later called me & said I was on another "early lease list", so to come in as he had several cars I could take a look at. It just seemed unorganized - got the 2nd set of keys to a different car....my paperwork that the salesperson did was for a different car...they called as they had lost the copy of my drivers license & needed another copy of it & would I bring another one in......and now they say I am delinquent on my 2013 lease - which I no longer own! DISAPPOINTING from my earlier experience three years ago!!!! I think the only person that I worked with that was very accomodating & didn't "screw up" was Jeremy. More
