I am convinced this shop breaks tings, so they can get you for huge repair bills a few days later. I have had my car in there several times, when a repair shows up in days after the car was there. the rep you for huge repair bills a few days later. I have had my car in there several times, when a repair shows up in days after the car was there. the repairs were not related to anything the care was brought in for ant they are very expensive. Air conditioning, car freezing after repaired with no comments on the inspection. This shop is not reputable, or there service techs are not smart More
Had a problem but dealer resolved. We purchased a black 2013 TDI Beetle with plans to pick it up after "the rocker panel was repainted" and planned to pay cash. After driving 250 miles to pick it up and accepting an offer to get the first month free if we financed the car (they ran our credit to do this) we arrived to pick up the car. The dealer resolved the situation. More

They sold my BMW X5 out from under me when I had paid and had possession of the tags knowing I wanted to return the Mercedes! By 2 1/2 months, I notified a Mercedes dealership that the vehicle was chugging which we now know to have impending catastrophic engine failure. It's a lemon of a vehicle! Eich Motors committed fraud in the inducement of the contract and refuses to answer or return calls on a lemon of a vehicle that has serious problems. The salesman JC Campos and Sally in Financing misrepresented their vehicle and extended warranty. Fortunately the 2 1/2 months is within Eich Motors 3 month warranty time frame but since they've blocked me from their Facebook page, deleted my comments, and refuse to answer my calls, it looks like we'll move on to reporting complaints to Minnesota Department of Public Safety Driver and Vehicle Services Division, Dealer Unit; The Minnesota Department of Commerce Enforcement Division; and the Federal Trade Commission Consumer Response Center. Eich Motors needs to respect customers and honor their own warranty and the Lemon Law. More

Ryan confirmed the car was available and he said he would have it pulled up for me to look at. Stopped in later that day and Nate showed me the vehicle. It was what they had said and ready to drive. They were easy to work with and had a great price. Financing was easy and I went home with the vehicle the same day. More
Uncommunicative and incompetent finance department We are very dissatisfied with this dealership. Not only was Lee Whiting (finance guy) unresponsive but he also tried adding additional services to our We are very dissatisfied with this dealership. Not only was Lee Whiting (finance guy) unresponsive but he also tried adding additional services to our agreement after we stated we did not want them. He is impossible to reach by phone and will not return calls without upper management involvement. He also would not provide us with a copy of the purchase agreement our bank needed to start the loan process. The purchase agreement was only provided to us after the store manager directed Lee to give us a copy and needless to say, we did not finance through Eich. Though upsetting, the worst part took place a few months after we drove away will the bill of sale and title in hand. We began receiving threatening voicemails from Lee Whiting saying, "if you walk outside your house one day and your car is gone, too bad, I tried. We are taking legal action." (I have all the voicemails saved and would attach them if I had the option to). This was very concerning especially since we had no idea what he was referring to and when we tried to reach out to him, he was unresponsive as usual. When I finally got through to another finance member, she stated the dealership believed we did not pay the rest of the down payment but that they couldn’t prove that we hadn’t paid because the money could have been credited to another customer’s account. This was very concerning to us for obvious reasons, so before we paid them $2k we wanted to make sure the money actually came out of our bank account. This is where we discovered Eich Motors tried charging our card for $2k - months after we took possession of the vehicle and without our permission. Despite being told they had no record of our credit card information which we originally gave to them to make the down payment, they were trying to charge us for the contested amount without discussion with us. They clearly do not comply with state laws regarding sensitive information storage or usage. This experience has been memorable to say the least and for others interested in purchasing a vehicle, please do not be fooled by this dealership and go elsewhere! More

Terrible service . I went in to get my battery replaced and they said that they woud reprogram the radio and make sure everything was working afterwords. After the bat . I went in to get my battery replaced and they said that they woud reprogram the radio and make sure everything was working afterwords. After the battey was replaced, my auxiliary input option on the radio stopped working. When I brought the vehicle in to get reprogrammed, they said the radio was faulty and would cost over $500 to replace. It was working great before the new battery they put in. More
Liars and Cheats Completely feel scammed. I leased a 2014 Jetta in June of 2014. This was the beginning of the problems. First off I received harassing phone calls Completely feel scammed. I leased a 2014 Jetta in June of 2014. This was the beginning of the problems. First off I received harassing phone calls at my place of work because the dealer had screwed up my initial paperwork. They continued to call after my working hours despite being told several times when I would return to the office. They also refused to leave a voicemail on my work line. After they finally reached me (The phone I had left them was stolen so I was without a cellular for about a month.) they informed me that if I didn't come in that day to fix THEIR mistake they were sending someone out to repo the car. I had to go in and quickly sign a totally different lease than we had agreed on based off the notion that "they had messed something up and it would be about $.12 cheaper a month. That leads us to today. When I purchased my vehicle Mike informed me that the leasing company needed me to pay the $915 charge for an "Extended Service Contract" and told that it would cover my scheduled maintenance during the duration in which I would own the vehicle. When I arrived at the service counter today for my 30,000 mile service I was told there would be a $100 charge for changing the oil and rotating the tires. I rebutted that I had purchased this "Service contract" and it was only now that I was informed that the package Mike told me was for my scheduled maintenance was actually just an extended warranty for normal operating conditions part wear and tear and that it in fact had nothing to do with my scheduled services. I was informed that I needed to purchase this coverage for my lease to be accepted and am now being informed that these warranties and service packages have no weight in the credit decision. I was basically told that it sucks that I was lied to and that I would be more than welcome to just pay full price for my service. I feel completely lied to and cheated. I will not continue to do business with a company who has dealers running in such a manner. More
Amazing I keep on posting my review in different places because I want everyone to know how great they are! I was completely satisfied with my service. I I keep on posting my review in different places because I want everyone to know how great they are! I was completely satisfied with my service. I have a 2003 VW Passat wagon and I thought we had a blown head gasket - my car had billowing white smoke after I warmed up my car while idling. Anyways I live near Wayzata, about an hour and twenty minutes away, and I called about 15 or so local mechanics and the prices I was getting was astronomical. Even small town mechanics were going to charge me a fortune. My dad lives in St. Cloud and after he called a few shops he decided to call Eich. We didn't think we'd get a much better price because it was a deal but boy we're we wrong. Their estimate was between $500 to $1000 less than the 20 shops we called. The day I brought my car in they gave me awesome customer service. We called Monday morning, got my car in Monday evening. They had a loaner car for me that day. They let me keep the loaner until the weekend when it would be easier for me to return the car due to the long distance I drove to get there. They ending up finding out it wasn't a head gasket but I was leaking radiator fluid and had a few other issues. They called me multiple times a day with updates. When I went to pickup my car it was washed, fluids were topped off. I had friendly service. I couldn't ask for more from a dealership. I will continue to make the hour and twenty drive to St. Cloud to receive the amazing customer service I did here. My VW appreciates all the hard work provided by this company. THANK YOU!!! More

I live 400 miles away and planed to be passing by St Cloud, made an apointment and they squeezed me in. All I needed was my 2 after market key fobs, cut and programed. My local dealer wouldn't do it for me on short notice and quoted me more than double what I paid for at Eich Motor Co. Thank You to the entire service dept. More
