Ed attempted to sell me at 145% mark up. I negotiated with the finance manager Andy. When I walked into the dealership today, I didn’t step into the office right away, but listened to Andy b I negotiated with the finance manager Andy. When I walked into the dealership today, I didn’t step into the office right away, but listened to Andy bad mouth me so a sales manager for fighting with him to get my payment back down to still an absurd amount. The sales manager thought it was funny how high the payment was at, Andy did help me towards the end of that conversation I overheard a little bit. However the whole encounter from start to finish I didn’t enjoy. The gentleman who runs the customer loyalty program begged me to give a good review for Ed, and talked to me for about 10 minutes with no eye contact. The finance manager talked bad about North Omaha, others bad credit, called folks riff raff who would be from North Omaha. If you’re reading this please consider paying very close attention from sale to completion. More
