The end result is that I am now driving a new Forester and love it! And since all maintenance on my Baja was done at Edwards I know my new Forester will have great maintenance in good hands! Robin was wonderful. She started at the high end Outlander Sport but with discussion about what we wanted, we arrived at the best car for me. My wife and I test drove a 2014 Forester in Omaha and were greatly impressed with its quiet and comfortable ride. I priced two other dealers by phone. One was overly aggressive but not competitive. Reached Dan at Edwards and he worked with his boss, Andrea to find exactly the car we wanted ( at an out-of-state dealer) and quoted a very competitive price. We traded e-mails to verify the offer and availability of the vehicle and headed to Council Bluffs to meet Dan and Andrea. Our experience was truly exceptional. Dan was one of the most knowledgeable sales professionals we had ever met and Andrea went to work to get the new car. This was Saturday. Got a call Monday afternoon that our car was at Edwards and ready to be delivered that afternoon. Checked out the new car and Dan found several items which, to him, were "unacceptable". He is truly a perfectionist and the best kind, one committed to serving the customer. He directed the correction of the glitches and arranged for the remaining item to be handled by their service department. Of the dozens of cars we have purchased over the years, this transaction was clearly one of the best. Looking forward to similar experiences with ongoing service. More

Rick works for the customer not the dealership. He is not pushy and does not try to sell you things you don't want. He will prep you on things before you go into the finance office. The finance office is the only negative I have with my experiance. They are very pushy and try to bully you. The tried to talk down to you. But by the time you get there Rick has already warned you and prepared you for that stage. When you go in and shop at this dealer do yourself a favor and ask for Rick Ham. You will be pleased you did. More
