Car-buying can be frustrating and tedious unless you have a sales rep who makes a serious effort to understand what you want - not what he/she wants to sell you - and then makes a serious effort to find that a sales rep who makes a serious effort to understand what you want - not what he/she wants to sell you - and then makes a serious effort to find that vehicle. That's exactly what Karen Driscoll did for us at Edwards Suburu. She put herself instantly into our shoes, asked good questions and then listened to what we had to say (isn't it nice when somebody actually listens?!)...and then she worked with her manager to research the inventory (which seems to extend to many states) to find exactly what we wanted. I've dealt with reps who tried to push a particular car on us and reps who couldn't be bothered to get out of their chairs to go find something..Karen turns that sort of "customer service" on its head and, though we arrived at Edwards just to do some research, we left as owners of a car. We are in our 60s and have been down the car-buying road before, many times. We are by nature skeptical and disinclined to buy anything on the first visit. Our experience at Edwards went against our normal practice, and it's because the Edwards team (notably Karen but her co-workers as well) made it a pleasant experience. Heck, she and a co-worker (Terri) even helped install a car seat for our grandchild a week later. That says all I need to know about service. More
I saw a good price online for a 2 year old Subaru Outback. We had been looking for cars for a while and decided we like the outback quite a bit. They tried to sell me every conceivable extra (warranties, underbody spray, etc) that they could think of. I turned down some of them but not all, at this point I am wishing that I had turned them all down with as much money as it ended up costing me. Not only that but on the final paperwork they increased the price of the car while I was in the middle of signing their forms which I didn't notice until later. I feel like I should have had a lawyer present to review the documents for me before signing. Overall I was swindled at every turn and taken huge advantage of. Oh well, the car runs well and we like it, just paid way more for it than I should have. More
I recently leased a 2013 Sonata from Edwards. I worked with Todd who was a very attentive but not in your face salesman. Deciding on and committing to buy a new car can be a nerve-racking decision. There are so many choices and a lot of research to do. There is a lot of hard-earned money on the table and you want to make the right decision with it. The last thing you want is to feel compelled by a pushy salesperson. Our experience at Edward's Hyundai, working with Todd Roberts, was not like that at all. The quick response to on online quote request, the friendly, down-to-earth greeting when we pulled up at the dealership with the car we wanted clean and ready for us to test drive, the willingness to let us shop around town afterward, offering a great price, making the buying process a minimal hassle, helping us setup the personal features in the car, and following up later to see how we were liking the new car and answering questions we had about advanced car features. In short, our buying experience at Edwards Hyundai was great! We are enjoying our 2014 Hyundai Sonata! We would recommend it to our friends and family. More

My experience with Dan Baney was outstanding. We agreed on a price and the vehicle was waiting for me the next day with no surprises. I would recommend Dan Baney to anyone interested in purchasing a Subaru. The only item for improvement would be my experience with the finance manager. He was apparently new, seemed to have little interest with dealing with me and would get frustrated with simple questions I would have. This wouldn't stop me from returning however as the rest of the staff was great! More
Rob Greder is an exceptional dealer. Immediately upon meeting him, we felt he was knowledgeable, patient, honest and trustworthy. We never felt like he was overbearing or pushy. I was so pleased with this dealership that me and my wife just purchased another new vehicle from them. We went to Edward's Auto group with the intent of only looking. Terri was aware of that when she started to help us. She did not oversell the Outback, but let us take the time we needed to make the only looking. Terri was aware of that when she started to help us. I gave her a "Great" rating because of her down to earth approach in selling us the Outback. She was concerned with the items that were most important to us and made them happen. I really feel as if she was the reason we got the price point we needed to be at without making us feel pressured to spend more than we wanted. I also took the Outback back to install remote start and had a great experience with the service staff. More
