In June of 2013 I looked on line at new Hyundai, not really looking to buy, as I was so happy with my Santa Fe. I received a call from Mr. Smith advising that he could help me find a car that would su really looking to buy, as I was so happy with my Santa Fe. I didn't really want a new car, but the cars were so beautiful and Mr. Smith had handled the financing without a hitch, so I selected a silver Elantra and with his assistance I was able to go home with a new car. I reached out to every Subaru dealership in the state of Iowa as well as a few dealerships throughout the Midwest to get a feel for the price range we were looking at. Edwards Subaru were the only dealership that would neogiate with us throughout the entire process. The other dealerships would just feed me the typical lines like "We have to keep our lights on", "We can't do this, We can't do that", "This is the hottest selling car right now we just can't budge on price" Edwards was the only dealership willing to deal. We also brought a trade in and we were able to neogiate a fair price for both parties. They were very helpful in the trade in process. With so much information readily available on the internet for the car buyer Edwards Subaru takes the traditional "xx waste of time" process out of the the car buying experience.
