When I first got there Robert Wilson and Christina Hogan met us at my vehicle. Then, Christina Hogan asked if we wanted to come in. So we went inside. Then Robert came back and gave me some bad news. He told me that Deters had lied to me about my vehicle never being in a accident. But, he told me and my brother some good news that he was going to give me the blue book value because my vehicle was in good condition. That made me happy. While we waited, Christina showed us some of the models coming up next year. Then Christina and I went for a test drive. She showed me the features of the car. She was very knowledgeable and pleasurable to be around. We went back and did paper work. My brother went to talk to Robert for a min. to discuss things. Robert and a detailer polished up the vehicle that was on the show room floor. While that going on, we went into this ugly grey room to finish the paperwork. Christina filled the car with gas and brought me back my change . she walked me and my brother to the car and told me if had any questions to call her. I traded my subaru. I have one of the worst experience. When they show me the car, it has some extra functionality. When I bring the car home, its the different. They told I need to pay the tax only the difference amount of my traded car. When I registered my car, got to know that they are not registered with dept of revenue, for which I had to pay tax on whole amount, for which I paid around 1.5K extra. Interestingly, when I send a mail regarding this, they just ignored it. Stay away from them. If purchasing any car note down the VIN, and check with dept of revenue, if they are registered to trade the car. More

This is the third Outback we've bought from Edwards in the past six years, but the first time we've dealt with Rob Greder. Over the past several months I have spoken to Rob a few times about the 2014 in the past six years, but the first time we've dealt with Rob Greder. Over the past several months I have spoken to Rob a few times about the 2014 Outbacks and although he knew I wasn't planning on buying on those days, he took the time to fully answer all my questions about the new models. When we came in to purchase our Outback, Rob tracked down a manual transmission model for us with all the options we wanted at another dealer and arranged to get it to Council Bluffs after we closed the deal. We were very happy with the price we paid and extremely happy with our financing terms. After our Outback was delivered, Rob took the time to go completely through the car with us. During the days we were waiting for our car to be delivered, one of our older Outbacks was in Edwards' shop for minor repairs after an encounter with black ice and a ditch. Although the car has almost 130,000 miles on it and the dealership was under no obligation to do so, the loaner car they provided during the repairs was greatly appreciated.
