We considered other dealerships but we knew immediately that we wanted to work with Rob because he was honest, straightforward, low pressure and trustworthy. He was informative but never heavy handed and he was always ready to provide us with knowledge of the product while not talking over our heads. We called on Rob three different times (for a total of about 9 hours) and he never grew tired of our questions. We test drove several cars and spent a lot of time with Rob and it never seemed as if he was rushed or needed to be somewhere else. When my husband was very skeptical about the CVT, he showed us the benefits but still allowed us to make our own decision (we went with the CVT!). Even after we purchased the car, he was willing to sit in the car and still share more about the details of the vehicle. It wasn't just "get them to sign and buy." We were so impressed with his low pressure salesmanship and the fact that we felt we could trust him. We've loved our Crosstrek and have even named her, "Little Citrus" based on our conversations with Rob! He is a real asset to Edwards Subaru.
