We took our Chrysler Pacifica to this dealership to have a new waterpump put in. Somehow, unbelievably, the guys doing the work cracked our oil pan. It took 7 weeks to get an oil pan, so we were without a a new waterpump put in. Somehow, unbelievably, the guys doing the work cracked our oil pan. It took 7 weeks to get an oil pan, so we were without a vehicle for 7 weeks! It wasn't Randy's fault that there weren't any oil pans available, but we did feel as though the dealership should have provided us with a free rental car or loaner, as it was clearly their fault that we were without a vehicle. They refused. In the end, they put in a used oil pan, pulled out a couple of dents at our request, (but refused to repair all of the dents - there were 2 more small dents left), washed the car, filled up the tank, and they covered the cost of our warranty transfer of $250 (which covered the cost to replace the water pump). Randy was polite enough and nice enough, but we had to ask for everything we received. When I would call to speak to Randy's boss, I was told several times to call back and try again another time. I never did get to speak to him. If the service had been top notch, I would have expected that someone would take my name and number and have the Service Manager, Todd Webster, return my call. I would also expect that they would be apologizing profusely, that they would have done more to compensate us for being without our car for 7 weeks, and/or they would have provided us with a loaner vehicle/rental. I went to Baxter knowing that I wanted a new vehicle. I was surprised at how many salesmen were willing to help customers up front. The saleman I worked with was Joe. Joe was a very helpful man. I never do internet reviews, but I recently purchased a car at Baxter, and it was one of the worst car-buying experiences I have ever had the misfortune of enduring. The sales staff was not helpful, on mul car at Baxter, and it was one of the worst car-buying experiences I have ever had the misfortune of enduring. The sales staff was not helpful, on multiple occasions we sat around at the dealer for 20 or 30 minutes waiting for someone to help us, all the while being told "he'll be with you shortly". Yeah, right. I can't think of a single time I was told something TRUE, or a single aspect of the sale that was not screwed up by the fine employees of Baxter. Never, so long as I am alive will I ever purchase another vehicle from Baxter. My advice is if you're car-shopping, save yourself the headaches and go somewhere else. More
I was extremely thrilled with the experience I had at Baxter. Nick was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I explained to him the type of car I was looking for, but was pleasantly suprise Baxter. Nick was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I explained to him the type of car I was looking for, but was pleasantly suprised when he suggested I test drive a Jeep Liberty, a car I never would have thought about. As soon I as got behind the wheel, I knew it was the perfect car for me! I was elated to learn the Jeep was in my price range and my payments would be right around where I wanted them. I bought the car that night and was thankful Nick and finance team were willing to stay two hours late to get the paperwork done so I didn't have to come back the following Monday! I would definitely recommend Nick and Baxter to anyone who is currently looking for a car! More

We stopped in to look at a new jeep; we were immediately met with a helpful friendly sales person. He listened to what our needs were and helped us decide what would best meet them. There was no pressure to met with a helpful friendly sales person. He listened to what our needs were and helped us decide what would best meet them. There was no pressure to buy, which made the experience very pleasant! He's followed up 3 times since we left with our new jeep just to ask if we had any questions or needed anything - a very nice touch! More
service from jim was terrific before the purchase day, the day of and, followup. he said he would work for us as well as kenny rogers did in the past and he did not let us down. he made the purchase neg the day of and, followup. he said he would work for us as well as kenny rogers did in the past and he did not let us down. he made the purchase negotiations as comfortable as possible. he is a huge asset to the company. hated that we were kept waiting for the finance guy, etc. it was a very busy day to buy a automobile. we felt the trade in for our 2006 was 2,000 lower than it should have been. but the price on the new car was excellent. I have been a professional contract negotiator in the recent past, and approached my purchase of a car as a negotiation process. It took three weeks. Nick Savas was the salesman from whom I purchased the recent past, and approached my purchase of a car as a negotiation process. It took three weeks. Nick Savas was the salesman from whom I purchased the car. When my wife and I entered the dealership, Nick approached and greeted us. Throughout the process, Nick was always professional, friendly and demonstrated a sense of urgency to getting answers, without artifically rushing the deal. I visited the dealership 4 times in three weeks, and Nick followed-up each visit with a phone call to ensure we both were clear on all points and our next steps. Nick demonstrated that he understood his business and product, and knew when to include his management. I was favorably impressed with his performance. More
