Quality of work is a strange thing to rate when dealing with sales... I guess the amount of "quality work" done during the deal was above average. The price was right, but I over did it with a couple add- with sales... I guess the amount of "quality work" done during the deal was above average. The price was right, but I over did it with a couple add-ons (mechanics service deal/extended warranty - could have waited and added in a years or so) that I should have changed. I guess the extras are where the money is on new vehicles for the dealer because I felt the vehicle price was bare bones... I said yes to a couple things just to get the buying experience over, so the sales process in place at Baxter works well. Good "quality work" on window tint, vehicle prep and under coating (never did ask to have the "under coating" pointed out so I knew for sure it was done - guess I'll go look after I finish this). If I keep the vehicle over 5 years, the add-ons will pay for themselves though... my goal is to keep the car for 10 plus years -- I and my wife love it (we now own two dodge vehicles and one chrysler... and a Harley). This is our fourth Chrysler automobile. All the service work has been done at Baxters. Randy Hamling has been my "go to guy" for all maintenance issues. I expected great things from Baxter (Chrysler Dealer)and for the most part received it. For a new car/truck dealer they did and exceptional job in the routine things but fell a little short in the cuatomer for the most part received it. The routine customer service is very good, but I expected a little more like maybe the extras as follows: #1. How about detailing the vehicle after service. To me a clean car is im[portant and a car wash and vacume would be a great way of taking care of my customers and keep thwem returning for the top quality service. The cost would be worth the customer following. #2. How about displaying the service department on CCTV's for the customers. More

I had the pleasure of working with Darnell Griffith when I purchased my car on 2/24/11. I often hear of bad experiences when working with dealerships but I was pleasantly suprised that I did not have a bad I purchased my car on 2/24/11. I am happy to say that he was not a "pushy" salesperson. He asked me what I was looking for as well as what I needed in a car and provided me with all the necessary information so that I was able to make an informed decision. I have dealt with several car dealers before and it was so easy to walk away without doing business with them, but Darnell just had exactly what we wanted in a dealer to keep us there. I wouldn't want to so easy to walk away without doing business with them, but Darnell just had exactly what we wanted in a dealer to keep us there. I wouldn't want to deal with anyone but him if I were ever looking for a vehicle! He was very knowledgeable about not only the vehicle that we purchased, but every vehicle. He's a very inclined salesman! Everything that we have needed he has taken care of in a timely manner. I'm a very persistent person and he worked very well with me! I would recommend this man as a salesman to anyone! Great at his job and a great personality! I thank him a lot for giving us the care and information we needed! More

I truly will recommend him to anyone looking for an vehicle he worked very hard to make sure I was satisfied and even took the time to go over some of the advanced electronics before I drove off the lot even though it was way past 10 PM and freezing outside.Here’s hoping that the service department can live up to the high standards he has raised ,if I ever need them Chip More
In 2008, I leased a vehicle through Performance Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge, working with Darnell Griffin. Knowing that my lease was coming to an end, Darnell contacted to notify me that he had recently moved Jeep and Dodge, working with Darnell Griffin. Knowing that my lease was coming to an end, Darnell contacted to notify me that he had recently moved to the Baxter location and also wanted to know what were my current plans in terms of a new vehicle or possibly buying out my leased vehicle. Due to my financial situation, I really wasn't thinking that I was going to be able to find a "new" car within my price range. So I told Darnell of the situation, he plugged and chugged some numbers and set up a meeting with me that day. He informed me of a 2010 Chrysler PT Cruiser that he had. A little skeptical, I thought what the heck it's worth a listen. So I ventured wayyyy out west (coming from Belleuve) to take a look at what Darnell had to offer and hoping the numbers would be right. After a few tries and negotiation, we came to a reasonable price. I felt that Darnell really came to "bat" for me, in trying to stay within the price range that I provided him. I know it was tough, but he pulled through and did a good job. Also, being able to get me out of my lease 2 months early, which really helped. After figuring out the numbers and coming to an agreement, I test drove the PT Criuser and later that day I drove it off the lot. My overall experience with Darnell was pleasant one. He is truly down to earth and was definitly straight-forward (I liked that the most). I enjoyed the fact that he was prepared for our visit when I got through the door (unlike the customer service I recieved a day prior with the sales person at Performance). I truly will reccommend Darnell to any of my friends and Family looking for a new/used car, and if it isn't in his expertise, I am confident in saying that he will lead them in the right direction.
