Sales experience was ok, our problems are with the office. We had to go back and resign paperwork that was not filled out correctly. Our options are to register the vehicle in a different county or get penalized by the state for not registering on time. Second time purchasing from Edwards with two bad experiences, won’t be back. Took one of my vehicles in for an oil change late today for an appointment tomorrow. Was greeted with a smile. About an hour later, I received a call advising our Jeep was ready for pickup.
