Good and bad! My experience with Edwards was good because Adam Phillips who was my sales person was great. He mad things pretty easy, but could have explained some things more clearly. May experience with the financial department not so much. Didn’t tell me ther was an option on the key extended warranty. He made it sound like it was not optional. Had I known it was optional I would have opted out. Also was originally told my taxes and fees would be include and then was told no. 2 days later I heard a commercial for Edwards that said during the month of August taxes and fees would be included on the purchase of a new or USED vehicle. If I’d known that I would have waited a couple days. The other bad part was when I took the vehicle back 2 days later to be detailed nothing was done. The didn’t wash it or anything that I could see. Still have to take it back for so more work. We’ll see how that goes. More
