Ever since I’ve purchased my vehicle, there has been serious comminication issues. Ive spoke to one person at Edwards, the finance director, who seemed genuinely concerned about my frustrations but I’ve left two messages for others at Edwards, someone in th service department and the dealership manager, I believe I left a message for an Adam. I’m still waiting to hear back: they don’t seem to care about their customers after they’ve signed for the vehicle. In the future I’ll take my business to a dealership that seems to care. More
