One disaster after another Purchased my vehicle elsewhere but took it to them as it was a jeep I had purchased. My key fob was acting up. It took them two days to tell me it was a battery issue, but they would give me a new fob as it was under warranty. They kept the old key fob active and just added the new one. I take my car back, all is fine. The next morning I go to start my car and again I'm having the same issue I had previously. I called them and they kept saying it was just a battery issue in the old key fob, even after explaining to them that even with the new key fob the car won't unlock or start. They said I just needed a new battery in my old key fob. I explained that I've been carrying around a case of new batteries just incase of this issue but that if they had "fixed" the issue, I didn't understand why I had to keep replacing the battery to the old key fob. I take my car back to them, this time they keep it for 3 days. They kept claiming it was simply a battery issue of my old key fob, they finally decided that maybe they should remove my old key fob from my cars computer. Come to find out after they did that, that their was a short in my old key fob that was not allowing the computer to recognize the new key fob. I went to pick up my car and they stated they had "fixed" a recall my car had while it was in their shop. I thought great one less thing I have to try and worry about doing. Well a little after getting my car back I asked my husband to change my brakes. The "fix" that was done to the recalled part of my brake booster shield was to put some sort of black tape on it to keep out water. Mopar does state that the fix is up to the dealers discretion. However if it doesn't pass a vacuum test it will be replaced, I'm not sure what would posses someone to think "oh let me add some tape to it, that'll fix the issue". So my husband called Monday morning to speak to the service manager who claimed it would have had to pass a vacuum test. My husband explained that their is no way my brakes were tested because they couldn't have passed. The manager says he will look into it and call him back. The manager called my husband back on Tuesday and asked us to bring my car back to them so that they could "test it again". Tuesday at noon we dropped off my car, that same afternoon my husband calls back to check on my car. He is than advised that they need to replace the brake booster as it failed the vacuum test. So they would order the part and we should have our vehicle back Thursday afternoon. Thursday came and went and no phone call or anything from the dealership. I called the end of business day Thursday to be told that the part had not been delivered on either of their trucks that day, but hopefully it would be in their truck tomorrow (meaning friday). Friday morning my husband calls,and he gets told it came in that mornings truck but they wouldn't get to it until later that afternoon. They ended up getting my car done about 11am but told us to give them about 45mins or so as they were going to try and wash my car before returning it to me. I would not recommend their service center to anyone I know. It was one disaster after another. More

I'd recommend Kellie to anyone who comes in. She went above and beyond to help me and made sure I was happy able new everything about my car before I left. And David made sure I understood exactly what my contract said and helped get me the best deal and coverage and protection for it I could get. Was very helpful in explaining. More

We broke down on I-80 on our way to Michigan. Edwards was very helpful. Repaired our car quickly even though we did not have an “ appointment “. Bought used Jeep I was told it was a great price but it was only $100 under blue book price. I was also told they could fix the certain things on the car. They did not get back to me until after a month, after I had licensed the Jeep. They could not fix the thing i didn’t like. It would have cost too much to return the Jeep. More
