Incredible service! My car broke down three hours from home and I had it towed to Edwards Dodge in Council Bluffs. The service crew there initially couldn’t diagnose a pr My car broke down three hours from home and I had it towed to Edwards Dodge in Council Bluffs. The service crew there initially couldn’t diagnose a problem and sent me back out. I broke down again minutes later. Doug (service manager) cane to pick me up in his own personal vehicle and they had my car towed (no expense to me) back to the shop. This time, the crew was able to figure out that the crankshaft sensor had gone bad, replace it and get me back out on the road with no troubles! I can’t praise Doug, Ethan and the rest of the service crew there enough for taking such good care of me and getting me back home safe and sound. More
