Great Service! Edwards was willing and able to work on my 2019 Ram that only needed some software updates. Other area dealerships couldn't be bothered or even lift Edwards was willing and able to work on my 2019 Ram that only needed some software updates. Other area dealerships couldn't be bothered or even lift a finger to schedule an appointment. Edward immediately made the appointment, were open and working at 8am on a Saturday, seemed eager to work and did a great job of installing the software updates (truck drives better, radio works as it should have, etc). Everyone in the shop was professional. No complaints. More

Overall, great service! I had some recalls taken care of on my Dodge and they were prompt, polite and professional. However, I asked for them to rotate and balance my tires which they weren't able to do because they couldn't get my lug nuts off. They were very polite and kind about this though.
