Your salesperson, Dave Eckley, went above and beyond in delivering excellent customer service! My husband and I live in New Mexico and were interested in purchasing an Equinox EV and the dealers we spoke delivering excellent customer service! My husband and I live in New Mexico and were interested in purchasing an Equinox EV and the dealers we spoke to in our area were unable to obtain the model we desired. I called approximately 10 dealerships in NM and surrounding states inquiring about cars that were on the Chevy inventory website to either see if they were available, or to see if they could be transferred. I was given the "run around" or the salesperson tried to upsell me a vehicle I did not want. I finally found a model with the preferred package at Edwards and spoke to Dave. He was extremely helpful, courteous, kind and was willing to work with me to make the purchase long distance. He gave me his personal cell phone and answered all texts/calls promptly, even responding when he was off work. GM should be proud to call him their own, he is and excellent salesperson and when we wish to purchase another car, we will be contacting him even though we reside out of state. More
