Sales department was excellent! Service department was awful. I called to schedule my 1st oil change and asked specifically about mileage, when I got there they said I came 300 miles too soon! Kendall was very helpful in answering questions as my car was waiting for what was needed for repairs. He helped me through the insurance situation and provided me with a car to use until I could get mine ba was waiting for what was needed for repairs. Went in for free oil change and recalls, service was fast but I was charged over $40 for my free oil change. These extra charges for oil additive and tire rotation were not explained to me prior to completin but I was charged over $40 for my free oil change.
