Took in Elantra for rotate, balance and alignment.Get in Took in Elantra for rotate, balance and alignment. Get in car after they've closed and wheel is off about a quarter-turn from "normal". Call and set Took in Elantra for rotate, balance and alignment. Get in car after they've closed and wheel is off about a quarter-turn from "normal". Call and setup return to straighten wheel. Take car back and set in waiting for TWO HOURS. Get up yesterday morning and have a flat on the passengers rear. Go to remove the lug nut only to find the factory Hyundai lug tool won't budge them. Borrow a four-way tool, only to twist off one of the lugnuts, and the others were difficult all the way off. (obviously the torque wrench was not used) Decided after already late for work because of this non-professional tensioning of my lugnuts, to check then other wheels. The drivers rear was the same deal. I loosened and eventually twisted one of them off also. Needless to say I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED in Edmond Hyundai quality of service on my Elantra. Quality was zero with the cost now very expensive based on additional repairs BECAUSE OF LOW CRAFTSMANSHIP, Doubtful I will return for service at Edmond Hyundai. More

The service was excellent!! I was given great explanation on the services needed on my car and it was done quicker than initially estimated. Not to mention that my car smell and drives like its brand new aga on the services needed on my car and it was done quicker than initially estimated.
