Edmond Hyundai has serviced my car since new 8+ years ago (it just turned 95,000 miles) and I have rated them 5 * 98% of the time. On my most recent service appointment though I was disappointed by what were (it just turned 95,000 miles) and I have rated them 5 * 98% of the time. On my most recent service appointment though I was disappointed by what were supposedly the 'actual results' on the 15(?) point inspection / check report. My brakes were shown as all at 8mm - despite 5k miles ago same been shown as at 10 & 6 mm... ( The front brakes had just been replaced and the rears are still the originals with 90k miles on them..). The sheet also showed that my brake fluid, coolant and AC system needed "Immediate Attention ( despite the first coolant flush only been required on my car per Hyundai at 10 years or 120,000 miles and all 3 systems showing 'green / fine' on the check sheet only 5k miles ago...). Add to this that my tires had been overinflated by 20% to 36psi vs the 30psi required and it made me wonder if I can really trust the 'results' of the service check performed this time... I do give positive feedback to Wes Baker, the Service Manager who, when I brought these discrepancies to his attention, said he would definitely look into same. Based on my previous 8+ years of positive experience with Edmond Hyundai, I believe this was a 'one-off' experience. I will continue to have Edmond Hyundai service both my car and my girlfriend's new Sonata. More

All the people there were very nice and answered all my questions. Seem like the whole place was a little shorthanded.
