I came in Monday to have my 2021 Palisade Calligraphy rear wiper looked at since it stopped in mid-cycle due to a spacing issue. Justin had responded immediately to my text message last week and handled/fixed the issue. I also met with Cole and discussed several software setting issues that I had noted while reading the owners manual. He brought up another Calligraphy and we checked how the User Settings worked on that car. It was the same as my car and somewhat different than the Manual explanation. Together we figured it out.
