The tech forgot to put in the engine additive after I asked twice. Then forgot to reset the maintenance showing it had been completed. Had to call several times to see if I needed to bring it in or if I asked twice. Then forgot to reset the maintenance showing it had been completed. Looked and could not find anything, so tried a couple more times, then just hit the cancel button when it popped up. Hopefully it will not pop back up on the screen. More
