I was pleased with how fast the service went. They fixed my head lights. As I left they told me they were all good. Then that night a bright was out. In May of 2015 I purchased a 2013 Genesis R-spec with “7,616 miles” from Edmond Hyundai, and had it shipped by carrier to Florida. The mileage is in quotes as I received it with 9,000+ miles and no expla “7,616 miles” from Edmond Hyundai, and had it shipped by carrier to Florida. The mileage is in quotes as I received it with 9,000+ miles and no explanation. The vehicle was listed as Certified Pre-Owned, which justified the $28,000+ cost. Fast forward to 2020, and I have a transmission issue, so I went to my local Florida dealer to get service, only to be told that the vehicle was not registered as CPO with Hyundai USA. I called Edmond’s and spoke with Neco Preston in service, who told me “no problem. I’ll get it taken care of and call you tomorrow.” No call, so I called him and was told that it required his GM to sign off and he’d get it done that day and call me tomorrow. Sensing a pattern yet? Another day and no call-back, so I called and spoke with the GM’s assistant Kelly, who said she would get with Neco personally and straighten it out, and… call me tomorrow. It’s been three weeks, and after many messages, Neco and Kelly are not bothering to return calls. The GM won’t ever pick up the phone, and no one else in the dealership can possibly help. Read other reviews and you’ll see several similar complaints. If you are giving them money, you’re treated well. Just hope you don’t need anything that would require customer service, appreciation, or even common decency. More
