Tanner was incredibly helpful when we had a malfunctioning rear passenger seatbelt. Since it was a child’s seat for our family we were hoped to get the issue resolved w/in 72hrs. Stephen was very helpful but I felt like labor charge to simply remove a door panel was high. I did not like that door handle did not match car color. Did not want to pay more money to paint handle.
