Our visit was easy and fast. Oil change and tire rotation, done in about 35 mins. My only complaint would be the tires were inflated well beyond manufacture rating. I have always been pleased with the service until this last appointment on 1/14/21. I did not receive my Multi-point inspection form at the dealership and only got it when I looked it up at home the next last appointment on 1/14/21. I did not receive my Multi-point inspection form at the dealership and only got it when I looked it up at home the next evening. It contained multiple "requires immediate attention" items that were not accurate nor necessary. These should have been discussed with me prior to or at the time of vehicle pickup because they were not self-explanatory. For instance, one of the items requiring "immediate" attention was the coolant replacement - which had reportedly been done prior to 9/30/20 when the "new" engine was installed - this specific item was listed as INSTALLED. Plus I questioned the need for new spark plugs estimated at a cost of $423.96 - I could not believe that the old plugs were removed and installed in the "new" engine! This still requires more discussion. Furthermore, the fluids were marked in RED on the inspection sheet; but which ones were low and were they topped off and if not, why not? I contacted my service rep on the 19th but was not satisfied by his answers; in short he said if items had been previously completed then the customer (me) should just disregard and that the tech goes off of vehicle mileage. Then what good is the "multi-point" inspection? I would like a call from the service manage and requested so on 1/19/21 - but have NOT received a return call as of this writing. More

While getting my car serviced my husband and I went to look at cars. One of the sales representatives came out and started talking to us when we asked to hear the engine he asked what we drove and explain look at cars. That’s not what we asked the he locked the car on us as if we would damage or steal it. I found the service to be rude and will not be back nor will I send anyone for business there. The cars aren’t even that much to choose from. More
