They made it possible for me to get out of my bad deal with my current 2013 Hyundai into a beautiful Altima at an excellent interest rate. Anthony went above and beyond expectations. I brought my car in because of a weird noise that i heard and from the Stewart Cirira in the service department took exceptionally great care of me! I brought my car in because of a weird noise that i heard and from the first time i came in i've only really dealt with, as i called him stew, unless he wasnt in that day. He was beyond helpful with explaining what was going on with my car and what they were going to do to fix it. I had to get a loaner car while they fixed it & he even kept me undated on the progress while they were fixing it. He was so nice, respectful, caring, honest, genuine and expressed AWESOME customer service. ! Because of him i didnt mind that i had to come back a few time before we figured out exactly what the issues were. He's a great asset to Edison Nissan and i greatly appreciated all the help from Stew and Zak as well. ! Great Service ! More
I enjoyed my visit to Edison Nissan the Service Consultant Stew was very nice and helpful. He did a great diagnosis on my car and he didn't take long ordering my part and fixing my car. Earlier this evening, I called Edison Nissan to make a service appointment for my 2012 Sentra's oil change. I was happy to find that on Tuesdays, Edison Nissan has later hours, open until 8PM, therefore a service appointment for my 2012 Sentra's oil change. I was happy to find that on Tuesdays, Edison Nissan has later hours, open until 8PM, therefore allowing me to schedule an oil change for later this evening. Those that work in the Service Center are friendly, professional, and were willing to answer any questions I had regarding the service and maintenance of my 2012 Sentra. While my car was being serviced, I decided to roam the showroom. Not only is it fun to look at the newest models, but I was greeted by some familiar faces. The manager and my salesmen from October 2012, Richard G., greeted me and asked how I was liking my car. I was surprised that they had remembered me, and told them that I loved the car that I had purchased from them. I used to own a Mercedes Benz, ML 320 - before the Sentra. While I had the Mercedes, I was spending about 300 a month on gas as well as hundreds of dollars every time the vehicle needed servicing. With my new Nissan Sentra, I only spend roughly 120 dollars a month on gas, and services are much more financially manageable. I recommend those looking for a new car to check out Edison Nissan. They work with you to put you in a car that you love and can afford. Again, my salesmen was Richard G., and I remember him to be extremely helpful during the buying process - from choosing the car, signing the papers, and setting up the Bluetooth in my new car. Tonight, I left Edison Nissan a happy customer - my car was serviced perfectly, and it makes me feel good to know the Sales Team are caring and there to help always. More

I went to multiple Nissan Dealerships for a reoccurring noise. All the other local Nissan dealerships were unable to diagnose the problem without keeping my car over night which then in hand I would have t noise. All the other local Nissan dealerships were unable to diagnose the problem without keeping my car over night which then in hand I would have to pay for a loaner car. I then googled for other local dealerships in my area and Edison Nissan was ver close and had excellent reviews. I figure what do I have to lose, well Edison Nissan was able to diagnose the noise which happen to be my CVT trans and good have cost upwards of a few thousand dollars. They were able to fix my trans and it was all covered under warranty. I recommend anyone who has service issues or needing a new to car to please check out Edison Nissan where you will leave happy and most importantly with your dignity in tack. Thanks again! More
I went in to get my Gas gauge fixed which was covered under my warranty and they fixed my timing chain which was whining. Sansone Auto is where I bought the car and they never even mentioned it even thou under my warranty and they fixed my timing chain which was whining. Sansone Auto is where I bought the car and they never even mentioned it even though it was covered under my warranty. Edison Nissan also fixed my VDC sensor which Sansone did not fix. My car is better than the day I bought it from Sansone. Awesome place the mechanics do a great job and customer service is great. More
It took this place 3 times to fix a leak in my tire. I kepy getting one excuse after another and then they want you to fill oput a survey telling them how wonderful they are.
