I brought a car from them and gave them a down payment in cash. Considering they were not smart enough to realize that, they took my car back and kept my money for there weeks and then they were extremely r cash. I think there was more room in the price, but ultimately settled because they had the color we wanted. Zach has a team that works with him. All were very friendly but sales people none-the-less. Zach even called my insurance company to make certain it was insured - I never had any sales person do this. I WOULD RECOMMEND these guys but be sure to do your homework on pricing (for any new car purchase). More
Terrible service department. I had to tell them what was wrong with my car. Sales reps and manager don't care about customer service....I even overheard another sales person being rude to a potential custom wrong with my car. The moment i walked into the dealership i was immediately greeted by a well dressed manager who identifed himself as Adam the sales manager, he offered me and my wife a beverage before we even started talkin greeted by a well dressed manager who identifed himself as Adam the sales manager, he offered me and my wife a beverage before we even started talking about cars. This was something we were not expecting after being hasseld by pushy junkyard salespeople all day at the other highway dealerships. After making us feel quite welcome and finding out what we were looking for he introduced us to one of his personnel that showed us several different cars in our price range and effectively answered all of our questions without being too pushy. Once we figured out which vehicle we wanted the price seemed a little out of our range but our salesperson went over and got the sales manager Adam and he came over and helped us reach our target payment. The other store manager Sunil Fernandez we met as we were leaving and he even walked us to our new car to double check and make sure everything was ok with our new nissan. I would have to say my wife and i have never quite had such a pleasent experince before when it comes to buying a car. I would recommend this dealer highly to my friends and family. More
It took this place 3 times to fix a leak in my tire. I kepy getting one excuse after another and then they want you to fill oput a survey telling them how wonderful they are. I went to this dealership to lease a new vehicle. The help i received was exceptional. Louis, Pat and Danny couldn't do enough for me. Got online price and confirmation that they will beat any dealer's price and that the sales is low and they will do the impossible to earn my business. They promised that all colors are available and all I need to do is to visit them. For a while I was hesistant about the promises but wanted to give them a chance. Went there and the first news, ohhh only one color is available, if you want more we have to look for it and may take around an hour. And later on, ohhh, we do not have the color you are looking for. I Asked them, how much the car they have in stock will cost me in case I decided to buy that one, although i did not like the color that much, and they told me they will honor their price and I told them but we agreed that you will beat the cheapest price I have, which is $1k lower than their and the sales rep tells me that he is not sure and he needs to ask his manager and at this point I left becuase I was fed up with their games. Another bad dealer. More
