My sales representative (Mike Lozado) and his manager (Sunil Fernandes) were both such a pleasure to deal with. Mike ensured I received the best deal possible, beating offers I received from other the two other Nissan car dealerships I went to, which included the dealer I was currently leasing with. I highly recommend Edison Nissan and more specifcally Mike Lozado as a sales representative to anyone that is shopping for a vehicle. More

If you are shopping for a Nissan, Rich Giacobbi at Edison Nissan is the guy to go to. He is extremely professional and made a great deal. Service looked at the car, determined what the issue was and had it taken care of...even promised me a free detailing for my little bit of trouble. Two weeks later, we brought in my neighbor who as thinking about a Rogue... Rich made the deal... again at the right price.. no pressure ...plus they give you $100 if you refer a friend. These guys are new in the area... I have leased 5 Nissans and this was the quickest best deal ever... Edison Nissan is here to stay...I recommend you stop in and ask for Rich More

We were referred to this dealer by a co worker who had bought a car from the manager Sunil at another dealership. e read some reviews here and were very wary and had our guard up when we went to look. We had done our research (shopped other nissan dealers) and we called Sunil before we went in. He quoted us a price on the phone which was very competitive and other dealers said we could not get that price, so we were ready for a battle. When we got there we found out that Sunil runs the sales department and was in a meeting, but had left all the details with the salesperson Bill. We were waiting for the price or options to change, waiting for some hidden fees or a high interest rate like other dealers had told us, to our surprise nothing changed, everything was as Sunil promised us on the phone. While waiting for the vehicle, Sunil got back from his meeting, came met us, thanked us for our business, my husband thanked him for the good experience and asked why there were bad reviews on here. Sunil explained that he tries his best to do the right thing for all, but at times due to 3rd party sites and pricing, the customers get confused and a good experience goes bad, well ours was very good and if you need a new Nissan we would say call Sunil directly, he is the decision maker and his team goes above and beyond to help make it a painless experience More
Daron was very friendly and eager to help. However, we asked to speak with the manager Jamie multiple times, never even met her once. We were there for 4+ hours!! We drove 2 hours to get there, got the financing and everything situated before making our drive. What on earth do they have buying customers waiting around for over 4 hours for?! I am past due on my pregnancy, and out of reach from my docs and hospital, which they were fully aware of. ZERO action was made notable that we would be given ANY sort of consideration to hurry our transaction. For hours, the finance manage Jimmy didn't even know we were there...how that big of a communication disconnect happens is terrible! When we left, they couldn't even tell us if there was a spare key, not had any access to check...really?! After 4 hours you don't know if there's a spare key?! The car was previously a rental and was pretty gross inside...the detail service was also horrible...how can a dealership take any pride in selling a dirty car??? AND the worst part about everything is, as USAA members we had a printed certificate for a guaranteed price for the vehicle that is a contractual agreement between dealer and USAA...the dealership refused to honor that. Absolutely disgraceful!!!! Do NOT allow your customers in a very serious physical condition drive hours to see you, make them wait for 4 hours after already being preapproved, then fall through on your end of the deal!!!!!! If I wasn't having a baby any minute and hadn't invested TOO much time in the purchase of this vehicle, the deal would NEVER EVER had happened. Just disgraceful behavior on the dealership's end! More
We were looking for a 2009 Chrysler Sebring which we found at Edison Nissan. The online price showed $15401.00 When we went to take a look at the car the salesperson, Phil Ribeiro, informed us that pr found at Edison Nissan. The online price showed $15401.00 When we went to take a look at the car the salesperson, Phil Ribeiro, informed us that price was not available to us because that price included the Nissan recent grad discount as well as the Nissan loyalty discount. Now, why would Nissan be offering discounts on a Chrysler? The price it could be sold to us was $17398. We agreed to take it for that price. When we received the Retail Order, Phil changed the price of the car to $17900.00 We made arrangements to bring the car to our mechanic the next day. In the meantime, we checked online and this car (same VIN located at Edison Nissan) was listed on ebay classified for $13297.00 When my wife went back to the dealership and spoke to Phil and his manager, she was told that was not their ad and if she wanted it resolved, she should call their marketing person. My wife was able to get the $1000 deposit back and we are not purchasing the car. We believe this constitutes fraudulent activity by the dealership. We will not shop at their Edison or East Hanover location ever again and will share this information with friends, family, and associates. More
Such a nice looking place what a shame. At that point he asked what we needed and we mention we were there to take a look at one of their used cars. As they finally found a sales person to talk to us and we started to walk away one of the managers stated " THEY'LL BE GONE QUICK" at that point I realized they didnt have the used car i was looking for in stock any longer. What a shame i asked the guy on the phone multiple times if it was still there i even called back while we were driving there and he they stated it was still available. I left work early and the drive was about 2 hours in traffice it took me another 2 hours to get back home in evening traffic. Will never consider them for a vehicle again. More
I listen to a christian radio program every morning and was planning to go and purchase a new car from this dealership. I am soo glad that I read the reviews. I am glad my family were spare the bad intentions this dealer has impose on the unfortunate people that are con into believing that they would be taken care of. What being ripped off of their hard earned money is the lowest you can get. Remember karma what you do always comes back to you or to those you love the most.
