Purchasing a vehicle from this dealership was by far the worst decision I've ever made. Although it has been about a year I was just reminded of how rude and arrogant these people can be. While dealing with the sales department I was only looking around. At the salesperson's insistence I allowed him to ”check my credit just to see where we were at.” This apparently was the bat signal for the volchers to be released. 8 hrs later I was on a vehicle I could not afford. I was not even % 100 pleased with the vehicle. My questions went unanswered, but I was reassured everything was fine. After trading in my current vehicle at the time. I was stuck paying two car notes because the sales and finance team were too incompetent to finalize my pay off. EVENTUALLY I was cut a check to make up for it. Only to have my, extremely overdue, plates withheld in lieu of payment. I've said a mouthful, but hopefully this helps save someone from what I went through. There is so much more to my story, but I've said enough. More
The funniest of dealers I have ever met! We wanted to buy a used car we had liked sure enough we offered a price and ironically the guy comes back with a number higher than the website advertised price! This dealership and this sales person in particular is very unprofessional. I am so happy I did not buy my car from them. I was on a process of buying a car through them, gave them a $500 deposit, however very unprofessional. I am so happy I did not buy my car from them. ABOUT A WEEK AGO I RECEIVED AN ADVERTISEMENT ABOUT EDISON NISSAN, I CALLED MADE AN APPOINTMENT ON SATURDAY, WENT IN TO FIND THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY STAFF TO ASSIST ME. THE SALESMAN WAS VERY COURTEOUS, HONEST AND WAS ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE MY SPECIFIC NEEDS. I ALSO WANT TO ADD THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT ALL DAY FOR THE PROCESS TO TAKE PLACE. I purchased a new 2013 Nissan Altima 2.5SL w/Tech Package from Edison Nissan. I utilized the TrueCar system through their affiliation with AAA. Of the 3 offers I received from TrueCar, I decided to deal with from Edison Nissan. I utilized the TrueCar system through their affiliation with AAA. Of the 3 offers I received from TrueCar, I decided to deal with Edison Nissan since they were closest to my home. While they did not have the exact exterior/interior color combination I initially wanted in stock (Storm Blue/Beige leather int.), I thought I'd come in (on a weeknight) and see what they did have. My salesman was Richard Giacobbi, and he patiently searched the inventory for me. It turned out that I really got to like the charcoal interior in the Storm Blue (the first car he showed me, before I made him search the inventory), and we made the deal. The car included a few options that were built-in that I hadn't requested in my original vehicle search, but at least I got those at the TrueCar price, too. This was the first haggle-free car buying experience I have ever had, and I know I got a great price. We arrived at a fair trade-in value for my trusty old 2001 Altima, and I got financing through NMAC. When I picked up the car a few days later (on the weekend), it was prepped beautifully. Rich spent a lot of time with me going over the controls and the electronics (these new cars are loaded with goodies!), and then it was on to the credit manager and the after-sale process. I had fully intended to resist buying add-ons, but Vinay ("Vinny") was friendly and persuasive without being high-pressure, and he was able to work some "magic" on the numbers until we arrived at a figure that I think represents good value (for the 7yr/70k mi. Security Plus Gold extended warranty and LoJack). (OK, so there was SOME haggling in the after-sale). Overall, my experience with this dealership has been completely positive. Everyone I came into contact with (including by phone or e-mail) has been friendly and professional. The car is great, and I look forward to enjoying it for many years. I would buy again from Edison Nissan, and I would recommend them to friends. More

Earlier this evening, I called Edison Nissan to make a service appointment for my 2012 Sentra's oil change. I was happy to find that on Tuesdays, Edison Nissan has later hours, open until 8PM, therefore a service appointment for my 2012 Sentra's oil change. I was happy to find that on Tuesdays, Edison Nissan has later hours, open until 8PM, therefore allowing me to schedule an oil change for later this evening. Those that work in the Service Center are friendly, professional, and were willing to answer any questions I had regarding the service and maintenance of my 2012 Sentra. While my car was being serviced, I decided to roam the showroom. Not only is it fun to look at the newest models, but I was greeted by some familiar faces. The manager and my salesmen from October 2012, Richard G., greeted me and asked how I was liking my car. I was surprised that they had remembered me, and told them that I loved the car that I had purchased from them. I used to own a Mercedes Benz, ML 320 - before the Sentra. While I had the Mercedes, I was spending about 300 a month on gas as well as hundreds of dollars every time the vehicle needed servicing. With my new Nissan Sentra, I only spend roughly 120 dollars a month on gas, and services are much more financially manageable. I recommend those looking for a new car to check out Edison Nissan. They work with you to put you in a car that you love and can afford. Again, my salesmen was Richard G., and I remember him to be extremely helpful during the buying process - from choosing the car, signing the papers, and setting up the Bluetooth in my new car. Tonight, I left Edison Nissan a happy customer - my car was serviced perfectly, and it makes me feel good to know the Sales Team are caring and there to help always. More
