As Fidel went to find a car for me, I was approached by his Finance manager Nash he ask me if I had a budget on leasing the car after he ran the numbers he was able to do better. The best thing about the deal was Fidel was able to show me the difference between the SV package which I was originally interested in and SV premium package, it was a huge difference in features and he told me he can do it for almost virtually the same price. Every staff member that I met was very friendly even the General Sales Manager Sunnil came over and thank me for my business. I would definitely recommend anybody to go there their Deals and experience is great. More
The time to close the deal was too long. The sales guy was only concerned to close it to get his commission. The finance guy was extremely painful to deal with. After closing the deal I had to call them at least 15 times to make sure that they send the pay-off to NMAC for my traded car. Because of their delay in processing the pay-off I had to make double payments in the same month. They owe me a credit which is still due. They do not return phone calls properly. More
I enjoyed my visit to Edison Nissan the Service Consultant Stew was very nice and helpful. He did a great diagnosis on my car and he didn't take long ordering my part and fixing my car. I went to the dealer on Wednesday after communicating online with the dealer for 3 days. I received an emailed quote for a Jeep Wrangler of one price, when i got to the dealer they were asking almost 3k online with the dealer for 3 days. I received an emailed quote for a Jeep Wrangler of one price, when i got to the dealer they were asking almost 3k more. When I test drove the Jeep, it was filthy inside. The inside of the hardtop still had mud and dirt caked on it. Wax all over the running board, missing accent pieces on the glove box, and a HUGE crack in the hard top, none of which is described online. NEVER will i EVER recommend anyone to deal with this place. Absolutely worst car buying experience of my life. More
My husband and I stopped at this dealer to test drive a car and to see about trading in our three year old SUV, which had extremely low miles (less than 17,000) and was in excellent condition. The sales person was very friendly and helpful when it came to showing the car and taking it for a test drive...but when it came to prices and asking questions, he had to make multiple trips to his manager to get answers. While we were test driving the car, the manager was supposed to be looking at our car to give a trade in quote. Upon return, while our sales person was running back and forth to get answers to any questions, we waited for that quote to come in. When it finally did, it was SIGNIFICIANTLY below the trade in value of the car - as in about $7,000 below. In addition, the car we were considering buying, while technically 'new' because it had never been titled, was the demo car for the dealer and had 6,200+ miles on it...but they barely budged on the price of it. I was extremely insulted by the trade in price they offered for my car. I was not in a desperate situation and only trading in for a car with better gas mileage - and even if I WAS in a desperate situation, they would have been wrong to take advantage. The manager's response was 1) he hadn't even really LOOKED at my car, and 2) 'We're in this business to make money.' That's fine...I know they're in the business to make money, but make it fairly off your customers, don't try to take advantage. His attempts to 'make money' cost them a customer - including any referrals I'd ever make. I took my business to another dealer the next day, rec'd $6,500 more than this dealer had offered on my car, bought the same make/model of car - minus the 6,200+ miles - for $2,000 LESS than this dealer was willing to sell his 'new' car for. Over all...the other dealer was a win-win for me - better price for my trade in, better price for the new car I bought. I would *NOT* go to this dealer ever again to purchase a car. Save your money and go to another Nissan dealer. More

The best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. I just left DCH Toyota in New Brunswick and it was horrible they had no sales/service skills. Second time with them both extremely disappointing. I was approached right away - really easy going people - not looking to rob people. They made the deal work. I have circumstances with credit, they didn't embarrass me and they worked for 4 hours to make the deal happen and not break me. They were courteous, kind and new what they were doing. Monika Gurcianaite helped right away with getting Nash to assist me in financing. Just a real professional down to earth sales woman. Nash just knew his banks and made it work. They fixed every little thing I wanted with the car - and then delivered to my work. Super people. I strongly recommend to anyone that this is where you should make your purchase. In addition, my co-worker will be going next week to purchase a new vehicle, and my mother and my son. I will be a repeat customer.
