I went into this particular dealership to replace a battery in my Nissan Altima 2013, what I came out with was an amazing car buying experience. This dealership doesn’t seem to be very motivated in selling cars. I left a message to different times about a car I was interested & received no call back. I went to the dealership & will admit they ha selling cars. I left a message to different times about a car I was interested & received no call back. I went to the dealership & will admit they had a large selection but like many other dealers it sounds like they have extra fees that bring the price up higher than I wanted to go. Bad customer service. Sold me a Extended warranty that they don't know how to cover. It sad that just to get something repaired I have to wait for someone to call me back, and no one has called me back. I they don't know how to cover. I recently purchased a used 2016 Nissan Sentra for my son and it has been NOTHING but a nightmare. Our experience has been VERY unpleasant. My son worked and saved ALL his pennies to purchase his first car. and it has been NOTHING but a nightmare. Our experience has been VERY unpleasant. My son worked and saved ALL his pennies to purchase his first car. We declined the extended warranty and it was downhill after that ( I guess paying cash and not paying $2,000 in extended warranty is definitely a NO NO)The car was back at the dealership within days because it had issues. We had issues with getting the repairs done on the bumper in a timely fashion. We were constantly given the run around regarding the permanent plates. Finally we received a call that the plates were in but was disrespected by the finance person (Les/Lesley). NEVER again would we give this establishment our business...
