From Happy to Disappointed At first I greatly appreciated this used car dealership for extending their hours during a busy week day so I could make my way from Seattle down to P At first I greatly appreciated this used car dealership for extending their hours during a busy week day so I could make my way from Seattle down to Puyalluo to purchase a decent condition used car. At first, the customer service was great. The deal got done, I left a happy camper. Few things that ticked me off about the used car that I didn't notice right away; missing gas cap, no tire wrench or car jack (which I found out about after getting my first flat tire - shame on me for not originally checking to see if the car had that), and an obscene amount of mold hidden in the sunroof visor (thanks for letting me know about that guys). But what irritates me most about this dealership is the fact that 90 days after purchasing the vehicle from them, my license plates still haven't arrived. I called, left a voicemail - no call back. Had my step dad call - they told him to tell me to A) Go pick them up or B) Go to the DOL and figure it out myself, which makes me think they never ordered them in the first place (probably wanting to save a few bucks and also explains why they were just never shipped to me in the first place). No call about my plates arriving which makes me think they just never ordered them. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership simply because they have failed at even a decent and basic level of customer service. Thank you, Edgewood Motors. More
