Efficient I took my Pathfinder in for an oil change/whatever because the little message had appeared! I no longer have the "book" that came with the vehicle, s I took my Pathfinder in for an oil change/whatever because the little message had appeared! I no longer have the "book" that came with the vehicle, so I have not kept up with what is required and/or suggested. I was very good about doing so with my previous Pathfinder, but my local Nissan dealer is no longer in Newport--and I drive 50 miles to Corvallis when something needs to be done--I don't have the "relationship" with that dealership than I had in Newport I realize that there is maintenance that is suggested at various mileage levels, so I was not surprised when AJ discussed these things with me. I didn't have time yesterday to set up an appointment to have them done--but I will call AJ and set something up prior to my return to Oregon in September. I am glad that your dealership is so close where I am staying. More

I brought the care in for a 29,00 oil change and ended up spending 471.00 for oil change and shocks. Not fun! But!!!! the way is was handled courteous and confident and explained very well why the work was needed by the service writer the accurate upfront quote. mad spending the extra money ok. When it was time to pay the bill I was escorted to the most pleasant cashier in the auto industry! I live in Oakdale so I Pass 2 other closer Nissan dealerships to get to you guys. it is because i trust your dealership and enjoy my visits. Even though it means I will be leaving with less money! Hint more coupons! Thanks! keep up the great work! More

Excellent Customer Service! Friendly helpful staff!! Stopped in unexpected for an oil change before the holiday weekend. THey were able to fit me in right away and were very friendly and helpful. They Stopped in unexpected for an oil change before the holiday weekend. THey were able to fit me in right away and were very friendly and helpful. They gave me an estimated time it was to be completed and let me complete some work in their customer lounge where they have water, coffee and snacks. They also provided free wifi and work areas while I wanted. Vehicle was completed ahead of estimated time and car was even washed when I picked it up. Great place, highly recommend them!! More
