I just recently bought a 2010 Murano with 139000 miles on it, and very little info on service history. I brought it in for rear shocks, and asked them to do a thorough check and recommend any maintenance tha it, and very little info on service history. They found a broken part, and made a couple of recommendations, and they were able to take care of everything right away. They did not charge extra for the inspection. They were fast, and very professional. Their price for the shocks was between $50 and $190 less than 3 other places, 2 of which were other Nissan Dealers. They also honored a substantial coupon that expired the previous day, because they did not have a part, and I had to wait a day for them to get it in. Dave and Doug were very courteous and very helpful. I will continue to have my Nissan serviced here, as well as my other non-Nissan vehicle. More
Customer Care I had a problem when my car slid on ice into an ice embankment. The bad news is that my windshield washer tank was also broke. I brought it back for that today. EP Nissan seems very customer oriented. More
