I am so impressed by the amount of time and energy Brian, Amanda and Troy spent helping to make sure I was able to buy a car! They truly went above and beyond ... never did I feel like a 'sales challenge' bu Amanda and Troy spent helping to make sure I was able to buy a car! They truly went above and beyond ... never did I feel like a 'sales challenge' but rather I experienced wonderful customer service and attentive care. Troy was able to find a program that qualified me for 0% finance, which is how i was able to afford a new car. Brian walked me through my vehicle options and was great about setting up appointments. And Amanda was honest with me about my situation and willing and able to provide me a reasonable solution. More

I love Feldmann Imports. They are by far the best Nissan dealership in the Twin Cities metro area. They are not sleazy or cut throat. They have good sales people and service people. They plain and simple have comprehensive, quality customer service i.e.) do not miss a beat. They are friendly with reservations, flexible with drop off & pick up, take detailed notes for service, f customer service i.e.) do not miss a beat.
