The customer service at this dealership has gone beyond the expectations that I have of service departments. It is personal, warm and caring. My parents are elderly and have purchased 3 vehicles from Feldmann's. I have heard them proclaim this dealership as good, but I was able to expericence their "service" firsthand the other day. Feldmann's offers shuttle service to and from the airport if you have purchased a vehicle from them and my parents use this service often. I live in Texas and on a recent visit, my parents experienced some weather delays on their way home that were going to cause problems with the shuttle service being able to pick them up. During many phone conversations, Jard, Bob and Mike, helped to ensure that my parents would be able to get their car and get home. Not only did they keep in constant phone contact with me in Houston, but they arranged for a cab to pick my parents up at the airport, get them to the dealership before closing, get their car and paid for the cab. This is excellent customer service and above anything that I was expecting! The above mentioned gentlemen have gained my appreciation and utmost respect. In fact, when I start to look for another vehicle for myself, I may have to "come" home and purchase from Feldmann's. Thank you very much for service above and beyond the call of duty. More

I was greated as soon as I walked in. We sat done with Angela and went over the vehicle I wanted, the color I wanted and the model I wanted. Feldmann is an honest dealership. They don't play games. Jesse Nelson knows the products he sells, so he can and does answer detailed questions, even when the answer won't help sell the car. I have been working with Josiah Franzen for a few weeks now during my car buying process. Josiah was able to build rapport immediately. He has very strong customer relationship skills. Not only was his product knowledge top quality so was his ability to identify my needs and wants in a new car. Josiah was very helpful in matching my ideal expectations with my intended price range. I never felt any sort of pressure working with him (as I had felt talking to other dealers). I had settled on an Altima Coupe. I was able to get exactly what I wanted in a new vehicle in my intended price range. It was very exciting to finally narrow my choice down to 1 car. While Feldmann has a great inventory, the vehicle I wanted was more “rare” and located at another dealership, so the dealer trade process begun. I was informed due to the specialty of that car and the limited number available, the dealer trade might not go through and I would have to choose another model. Josiah and his colleagues were very helpful and wonderful to work with! Josiah was consistent in his efforts and the dealer trade took about a week to happen (start to finish). Josiah kept in regular contact with me during that process and provided me with any updates. It was his persistency in the matter that allowed me to finally get my coupe! He really shows his strong interest in the customer first, the sale second. I feel like that is what contributed to his success. I could not be more satisfied with this vehicle; it is beautiful and is exactly what I wanted! The finance team was wonderful as well and answered any additional questions I had. I have had nothing but positive interactions with each employee at Feldmann Nissan. Feldmann went above and beyond to exceed expectations and customer satisfaction! Anyone that came by were friendly too, angel and jr, both very pleasant. my urchase was on a very busy day of the year 3/31, and they did not rush me, they treated me like i was the only one there. Josiah offered me water coffee, etc. josiah showed me all details in car and even in the manuals, anything i didnt uderstand i asked, and he was more than helpful to explain it.i will become a nissan loyalty customer, after driving chevys for over 20 years. customer service, if i had to discribe it, fantastic, keep up the great job.the price was great josiah really worked hard for me to meet my budget. I just had a great experience at Feldmann Nissan! I had narrowed down my search to a Toyota Sequoia. At the last moment I drove into Feldmanns and test drove an Armada, it was definitely off of my radar. narrowed down my search to a Toyota Sequoia. I returned from my test drive with Idaliz (pronounced Eye-Dallis) and thought WOW, I had no idea it would drive so smooth, more like an Escalade. Yes, I had test driven many SUVs in my search. Anyways, the color that I thought I wanted had a beige interior. They at that moment had the one with a beige interior off the lot. The next day J.T. pulled into my driveway to show me the Armada with a beige interior. That was above and beyond, thanks J.T! Anyways, Idaliz & J.T. at Feldmann Nissan were very helpful and professional. My 4 kids now fight over the 3rd row seats....I love my NISSAN ARMADA! More
I decided last weekend after driving several cars that I wanted a 2008 Nissan Altima. At one dealership last weekend I was filling out paperwork only to find out after fifteen minutes that the car had been wanted a 2008 Nissan Altima. At one dealership last weekend I was filling out paperwork only to find out after fifteen minutes that the car had been sold. This Saturday I went to a dealer with two Altimas in mind only to find out they had been sold. Same thing happened when I came to Feldmann; both cars I had found on Autotrader had been sold, confirmed by Idaliz. However, Idaliz found another 2008 Altima which was a little out of the price range that I had been willing to pay. The Altima was comfortable and quiet, just like I expected during the test drive. After the test drive I knew that I wanted the car but I was still a little concerned about the price. I made an offer, which wasn't accepted, but the price was adjusted downward $300. I didn't want to go another weekend without a car and I thought the price was pretty good with the low mileage and the warranty was great. I was glad to become an Altima owner. My son Tim, who helped me car shop, was just as satisfied. Maybe that was partly due to the fact he wouldn't have to pick me up again since I now had my own car. Idaliz and the Manager that filled out the paperwork were great throughout the whole process. Tim liked the cookies!! Thanks for the positive buying experience. Ken More
