He is always very willing to work with us on getting the right price for our new vehicle and he makes the whole process very smooth. He always goes above and beyond to get whatever we need and to make us feel comfortable. He also works wonders with our young kids. My kids often ask, "When can we go to the car store and see Andy?" We've also done most of the financing of our cars with Patrick Schwamm (now with Mercedes) and most recently with J.R. Gonzalez. Both are very good at explaining all the details of financing in terms that are easy to understand. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. It was a great experience from the start. If I had any questions, they were answered very quickly. They worked with me regarding the price and since I needed to wait for my color to come in, they guarant questions, they were answered very quickly.
